Unny’s Surgery Update 2

As reported in Update 1, the surgery went very well. Unny is now resting in his room and is in good spirits. I’ve been visiting for a couple hours and he’s mostly been in and out of sleep. He is more exhausted than he expected to be but it’s all very normal. He reports that he is not in too much pain and the nurse says the medication he’s on is helping with that a lot today. Unny’s RN, Jeannie, suspects a “rockstar” recovery! This is a short update because 1) Unny is resting a lot as he should be and 2) There is only good news to report on his condition and recovery—which is great! I know Unny is grateful for the outpouring of support and care that he is experiencing on this journey.
